Its newest carrier, unveiled at EAA AirVenture on August 12, 2024, doubles payload capacity to about 5 pounds while keeping a 12 mile round trip range and a roughly 65 mph cruise speed, letting a single drone handle orders that previously needed two trips. Wing's aircraft take off vertically, transition to forward flight on a fixed wing, then hover and lower packages by line at the delivery point. The company runs commercial service with retail partners including Walmart in the Dallas Fort Worth area, alongside operations in Australia, Ireland, and Finland.
